Speak to your retirement plan administrator about how you can allocate a charitable distribution to CalBG! Donating part of your retirement assets through a distribution from your IRA, 401(k), 403(b), pension or other tax-deferred plan is an excellent way to make an impactful gift to CalBG and enjoy tax benefits.

Corporate matching gifts provide an opportunity for you to double or even triple your gift to CalBG. If you work for a company that offers matching gifts, simply request a matching gift form from your company’s personnel office and follow the directions to initiate the match. Recurring Gifts

Make your donation as easy as possible with a recurring monthly gift. A monthly donation allows the Garden to plan for events and upcoming projects and saves you time and energy throughout the year. You can set up a recurring gift online or by calling the Advancement Office today.

majestic oak society

California Botanic Garden recognizes donors who support the Garden with gifts of $1,000 or more annually with membership in our Majestic Oak Society. Members of the society give to our programs for a variety of reasons – conservation, education, appreciation, and legacy – but all of them share in the understanding that CalBG’s work helps shape the future of the native flora in our collection and in the wild. The Majestic Oak Society is recognized with an annual reception each Fall celebrating their commitment to the Garden!
