Take a moment to reconnect with the beauty of nature while you connect with your mind and body with Yoga in the Garden led by Marcella Jacobs, certified yoga instructor.

Marcella Jacobs (she/her) is a certified yoga instructor dedicated to creating an inclusive, all-levels space to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Based in the Greater Los Angeles area, Marcella blends dynamic movement, held postures, and deep stretching, guiding her students to tailor their practice to meet their individual needs.

Yoga in the Garden - Wednesday at 9:30 am

Spend a peaceful hour, surrounded by nature as you begin to move, flow, and connect with your breath, body, and mind. This class will start with a gentle warm-up, flow through deeper stretches, balances, and sculpting exercises, and will end with grounding restorative poses to relax from head to toe. Connect with nature as you increase your flexibility and improve your balance and strength.

Please bring an outdoor friendly yoga mat, water, and an optional blanket or towel. Participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver form upon registration of the class. Space is limited so sign up today!

Weather Policy: This class takes place outdoors and will be subject to cancellation and/or postponement due to weather forecasts. Participants will be notified of any class changes 24 hours in advance.
