Alejandra Padron is a certified yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She is passionate about the mind-body connection yoga can offer and hopes to create a welcoming space where students of all levels can move, breathe, and feel more connected to their bodies.
Yoga in the Garden - Wednesday at 6:30 pm
Spend a peaceful hour, surrounded by nature as you begin to move, flow, and connect with your breath, body, and mind. This class will start with a gentle warm-up, flow through deeper stretches, balances, and sculpting exercises, and will end with grounding restorative poses to relax from head to toe. Connect with nature as you increase your flexibility and improve your balance and strength.
Please bring an outdoor friendly yoga mat, water, and an optional blanket or towel. Participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver form upon registration of the class. Space is limited so sign up today!
