Join us for a half-day yoga retreat led by Sarah Sawyer, a certified yoga instructor, set against the serene backdrop of the botanic gardens. This thoughtfully designed experience invites you to step away from the pace of daily life, slow down, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful natural setting.
This retreat offers you space. Space to unplug from external noise, release expectations, and return to your inner steadiness. Over the course of four hours, you will be guided through a blend of mindful yoga, meditation, breathwork, and intentional time in nature. Each element is designed to help you cultivate calm, clarity, and presence, allowing you to reconnect with what is already within you.
This retreat is open to all levels and is designed to be accessible, grounding, and deeply nourishing. Come as you are and leave feeling more centered, refreshed, and aligned. After the retreat, you are welcome to continue exploring the gardens at your own pace or gently transition back into your day with a renewed sense of intention.

The instructor will provide guided materials for journaling and visualization, along with light refreshments, including fruit and small snacks. A limited number of props will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
