We can all use moments of peace and tranquility in our day to day lives, moments that can be hard to come by at times. Learn to harness that feeling of calm through Meditative Art, the practice of mindfulness in creating very small pieces of art that will bring you peace and relaxation.

Join us as Aleta Jacobson, artist and instructor, guides us through this practice. Learn how to make loose watercolor washes and then enhance the work with decorative pens. As you focus on the process and let go of the outcome, find that sense of peace in the act of creation. Beginners to advanced students are all encouraged to join! All students will receive a suggested materials and subject list upon registration.

Aleta Jacobson is a working artist, instructor, and designer who specializes in creating powerful collage, mixed media, watercolors, and acrylic paintings using a variety of tools and materials.
