Curious about sunflowers? In this fun introductory, hands-on class, we’ll explore the sunflower family from background information on the group to dissecting flower heads and learning how to identify them! You’ll never look at a sunflower the same way again.

This class is perfect for nature lovers, science nerds, gardeners, or anyone who thinks plants are cooler than they get credit for.

Class will be taught by CalBG Botany program graduate student Samantha Ingram.
