For over 20 years California Botanic Garden has held its annual gala on the first Sunday in May. This fundraiser brings together Garden Friends from southern California and around the country for an evening of fun, friends, good food, live music and auctions. Gala donations have historically funded a significant portion of the Garden's vital core operating budget each year.
This year, due to the public health guidelines, the Garden will NOT hold its annual gala. Instead we are inviting you to support the Garden by making a 100% tax deductible gift. You can support The Garden Fund which provides unrestricted annual funding or support the Garden and your special pup with a major gift of $1,000 for Dog Days access this spring. Regardless of how you choose to give, your donation is 100% tax deductible and makes a difference!
Your philanthropic support nurtures the Garden's 86-acre living museum, safeguards the California Seed Bank, maintains our public education and engagement programs and supports the people power to sustain the Garden's mission.
Love the Garden? Have a dog? Be a part of this special spring fundraiser and join us for Dog Days at California Botanic Garden with a 100% tax deductible donation of $1,000.
The Dog Days Fundraiser gives Dog Days donors exclusive access to the Garden every Monday from March 22 to June 14, 2021 from 8 am until 5 pm. For a limited time only, you and your dog can go for a walk and explore the Garden together. The donation for the Dog Days Fundraiser is $1,000 per family + dog(s) for the spring season. Admission to the Dog Days Fundraiser is limited to the first 40 families. Please note that the Garden remains closed for general admission on Mondays and dog(s) are not required.
