. Our inventory is updated daily, however we cannot guarantee that these plants will be available. Please use a plant's scientific name if possible, shown on our inventory sheet, to help avoid possible confusion.
We will call to discuss and confirm a time for pickup. We are currently scheduling pickups between 1 pm - 5 pm. Please only arrive once your time has been confirmed and your plants have been paid for.
Upon submission of this request, our staff with assemble your order. They will then contact you to confirm that your order has been compiled and ask to conduct payment over the phone. They will notify you if any plants that you requested are no longer in stock or if there are any other discrepancies with your order. They will then state the total cost of your order and process payment upon approval. We will email you a receipt.
During your phone call, staff will confirm your pickup date and time based on the details you submitted. When arriving at the Garden, a staff member will waive you through the gate and provide you with a bay number. Park across from your bay number in the parking lot and head over to your stall where your completed order will be ready for pickup. You must load your own car. Afterward, head back to the gate and it will open automatically. Thanks!
We cannot guarantee that plants you request are currently in stock. All sales are final. Special requests or substitutions are not allowed upon pickup. Please maintain a 6ft distance from our staff and other guests during pickup. We appreciate your support!
