Take a moment to reconnect with the beauty of nature while you connect with your mind and body with Yoga in the Garden. Join us on Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings during the month of August as Sarah Sawyer, certified yoga instructor, guides you through a peaceful, gentle flow.
Sarah Sawyer is a certified yoga instructor based in the Inland Empire and is the founder of The Yoga Stream yoga studio. Sarah has been practicing yoga for over 16 years and has led more than 1,000 yoga classes. She loves practicing yoga in nature as it helps bring mindfulness and awareness beyond oneself and creates connection and community.
Morning Flow - Thursdays at 8:30am (8/12 and 8/26)
Start your day off right, surrounded by nature as you begin to move, flow, and connect with your breath, body, and mind. This class will start with a gentle warm-up, flow through deeper stretches, balances, and sculpting exercises, and will end with grounding restorative poses to relax from head to toe. Connect with nature as you increase your flexibility and improve your balance and strength. Following your session, take time to enjoy and experience the beautiful gardens.
Please bring an outdoor friendly yoga mat, water, and an optional blanket or towel. Participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver form upon registration of the class. Space is limited so sign up today!
Following public health guidelines, participants who are not fully vaccinated must wear masks and practice social distancing.
