California Botanic Garden will honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy with free admission to the Garden on Monday, January 16, 2023.

A limited number of free tickets are available for public general admission. Members may enter the Garden without a reservation by simply presenting their membership card at the Admissions Kiosk.

We are typically closed on Mondays but will be open on Monday, January 16 from 8 AM - 5 PM for MLK Day.

Admission tickets for the public (non-members) are valid for the entire day during our opening hours: there is no specific entry time or duration of your visit.
